Although we respect the right of Ato Abraham to express his thoughts in a manner he sees fit; we reserve the right to object to his choice of words used to describe certain individuals who have acted against the interest of Ethiopia.

We believe that Ato Abraham means no harm when he repeatedly uses the term (Amhara) to describe those he feels are working against Ethiopia's interest. What we object to is using that label to define and describe a few misfits using the name of a proud and important Ethiopian people. Amhara is not an insult and nor is it a category. That is why we object to that usage to describe Dergist and Hate mongers. These people Ato Abraham is describing are not only Amharas but also Tigrayans, Oromos, Gurages and many others who work day and night with Shabia to destroy Ethiopia. We condemn them all whether their name is Hagos, Bekelle or Gidado.

We urge Ato Abraham to find other means to address people without offending one whole Gosa. There are plenty of Tigrayans , Oromos , Somalis, and other groups actively working against Ethiopia interest. Therefore, we apologize to any of our listeners who were offended by the usage of the term by Ato Abraham and express that we at Hagerfiker do not endorse the manner in which Ato Abraham expressed himself when it comes to this subject manner.
