While Donald Payne spends his time trying to colonize Ethiopia, the district he represents in New Jersey is now in the National spotlight for the execution style murders of three College students (to read click here) . Despite the fact that Payne represents this district, we have not seen nor heard him comment about this story now being covered at an international level. The problems in Donald Paynes district are to many to discuss here on our website. However, at a time his district needs him most, he seems resigned to keep his focus on the plight of people that he does not represent.

FBI statistics place Newark New Jersey as number 5 in Crime rates for cities with populations greater than 250,000 in 2005 (click here to see FBI stats). To put this in its proper perspective, New York City is ranked number 49. Only four other cities in the USA are considered worse than Newark. While Payne has been Congressman of New Jersey nearly 2000 Newark residents have been murdered (click here to see year by year murder/crime rates since Payne became Congressman. These stats do not cover 1988-1989). Keep in mind the population of Newark is approximately 281,063 people.

The murders in Newark have put the Congressman district under the microscope. CNN, NBC, CBS, FOX News and many other news agencies have been covering the story. In fact the CNN's 360 Anderson Cooper had extensive coverage of the crime rate in Newark. We only wonder what the US media would say if they got wind that the Congressman responsible for that district acted more like a de facto member of Ethiopias opposition party than the duly elected representative of Newark New Jersey.

Ethiopia the symbol of freedom and resistance for all of Africa and the Black Race throughout the world should pass a resolution via her Parliament which affirms her commitment to freedom and equality for all people.

Furthermore, Ethiopia should reaffirm her commitment to repulse foreign interference be it through Italian invading armies or neo colonial "want to be masters" such as Congressmen Donald Payne and Congressmen Chris Smith both from New Jersey.

A symbolic resolution which will no doubt garner foreign media attention should be passed which will expose the hidden agendas of Congressmen Payne and Smith. For instance their is no reason why the Congressmen Payne/Smith should not be exposed for the sad state of affairs of African Americans who reside in New Jersey. New Jersey is well known for utilizing the highly controversial policy of Profiling young black men on its highways and pulling them over to check if they are transporting drugs. The rate of African Americans in New Jersey prisons is ten times that of their white counterparts. The Infant mortality rate is almost double for blacks than the rest of the state. The education system is not equal nor fair.

The Ethiopian Government should also take some kind of action to educate the African Americans who voted for Donald Payne about his attempt to humiliate the only nation in Africa who was able to resist being colonized. The attempt by Donald Payne to make Ethiopia kneel down and act in servitude will not go well in the African American community. He is trying to kill the PRIDE and SPIRIT of all Black people. Furthermore we all should work hard to inform who ever is running against Payne in the next election about his anti African agenda. They all should be made aware about his attempt to neo-colonize Ethiopia.!

There is no reason why we can not turn the table around on those like Donald Payne who obviously needs to clean his own house before he tries to clean ours. His house is very dirty and he has been in power for many years. Congressman Payne what have you done for your own constituency?
