At one point we asked the CUD leaders to clarify their position on the AFD and secessionist OLF and ONLF via a petition 1000 people signed. Of course our calls were ignored but not without consequence. Today the whole AFD thing has backfired on its leaders and AFD. We have no doubt that the current downward spiral of CUD and its leadership emanates from that fateful day the so called leaders decided to partner up with Shabia, OLF, ONLF and other anti Ethiopian forces. That was the day CUD turned her back on mama Ethiopia to become a full fledged card carrying member of anti Ethiopian forces.

Today the fruits of that evil labor are bearing fruit. Today the CUD leadership is at odds with each other because the blame game has started for that fateful decision to join forces with Shabia, Al Ithaid and Bin Laden. Today the anti Ethiopian forces are massing their bandwagon enabled armies on our borders pretending they are a national army. We are not concerned about the Islamic forces military capabilities. We know the AFD , OLF and ONLF went to the Issayas Afeworki school of Military Science. That gives us unbelievable comfort knowing Issayas Afeworki and his incompetence.

What will not be forgotten is the complicit actions of the CUD leadership and its Cadres of aligning themselves with these anti Ethiopian forces and being members of an organization which has declared no less than 6 Jihads in the last two weeks.

We have noticed that the word AFD has magically disappeared from the CUD lexicon as of late. They are hoping it simply goes away for ever. However it can not just disappear like magic. CUD leaders must reject the AFD in order not to be held accountable for it’s evil intentions. Till then they are signatories and partners with those who have declared Jihad on mama Ethiopia.
