Somalia agreement to create a united police and army will falter
because the manner in which this agreement was made was similar
to how the AFD was baked overnight. Fundamental differences between
these factions has not been addressed nor debated. This will be
front page news just like AFD was when it first got created. Ultimately
the differences between these groups will emerge, dominate and destroy
